1. The Service
VertexGenBot provides users with access to generative artificial intelligence models, including Google's Gemini 2.5 Pro and VEO-3, for tasks including but not limited to text generation, file analysis (PDF, DOCX, etc.), image creation, and video generation. The Service is provided on a freemium basis, with certain features and higher usage limits available under a paid "VIP" subscription.
2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: VIP subscriptions are billed on a pre-paid basis for a set period (e.g., 30 days). Payment is required before the subscription is activated and can be made via the /vip command within the bot.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate, irreversible costs we incur for API processing of your requests with our AI providers, we cannot offer refunds once a subscription period has been purchased. An exception may be considered only in the case of a verified, prolonged technical failure of the Service originating from our side.

3. User Content and Ownership

• Your Input: You are solely responsible for the text, files, and other content you provide to the Service ("Input"). You agree not to provide Input that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Ownership of Output: You own the content generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output"). You are free to use the Output for any personal or commercial purpose, as long as your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• To engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• To generate content that is hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit.
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the bot.
• To create an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or the servers of our API providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Accuracy
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You acknowledge that artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. The Output generated by the AI may contain inaccuracies, errors, or may not be fit for a particular purpose. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable. You should independently verify any factual information generated by the bot before relying on it.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the VertexGenBot Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the Output it generates.
